Condo Interior Design at The Eden, Draycott Park

The brief

For this condo interior design at The Eden in Draycott Park, the homeowners did not need a full gut-and-rebuild. They needed the spaces they use every single day to work harder: a kitchen with proper storage and a place for their appliances, a service yard that pulls its weight, and two bathrooms that feel as considered as the rest of the home.

The design

We transformed the key functional areas, the kitchen, service yard and both bathrooms, into a unified whole. The new kitchen pairs light oak upper cabinets with warm white bases and a timber-tone worktop, with custom carpentry and dedicated display shelves that maximise efficiency while giving their cream Smeg kettle and stand mixer a stage of their own.

Both bathrooms follow the same calm palette: large-format stone-look tiles from floor to ceiling, a glass shower screen with a rain shower, a built-in ledge for bottles, and a floating oak vanity under warm cove lighting. It is a holistic approach that marries impeccable organisation with a warm, inviting style, and it shows how thoughtful design can lift every corner of daily life.
