Priced per work item
Hacking, masonry, carpentry, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing and lighting are each costed separately, then totalled — not squeezed into one round number.
Calibrated to real quotes
Unit rates are calibrated to 15 years of itemised Dreamakers quotations and current Singapore market prices for materials and labour.
