How do I start renovating my home?
Before starting any renovation work, check if your project requires a renovation permit from HDB. You can refer to HDB's official Renovation Guide or consult our team for guidance. If a permit is needed, you (or your appointed contractor) must submit an application to HDB. We will assist in preparing the necessary documents for approval.
How long does a HDB renovation typically take?
Renovation timelines vary based on scope, but a standard HDB/BTO renovation takes 6 to 12 weeks. Minor works such as painting and light carpentry may take 2 to 4 weeks, while full overhauls with hacking and custom carpentry can extend to 3 months. We will provide you a timeline after assessing your requirements.
Do you provide Blum hinges and drawer systems?
We provide high-quality in-house hinges and drawer tracks, which come with a lifetime warranty for durability. However, if you prefer Blum or other brands, we are more than happy to accommodate (additional costs may apply).
Can I make changes after the renovation starts?
Minor adjustments are possible, but major changes such as layout modifications may impact cost and project timeline. We will document all agreed-upon plans upfront to minimise disruptions.
