Responsibilities

1. Be accountable for projects under your purview developing; maximizing the sales efforts for the firm.

2. Combine your home improvements design knowledge & skills for pre; post sales.

3. Build strong relationships with not only clients, but the suppliers and Contractors.

4. Manage projects from sales completion to handover to ensure a superior client experience.

5. Perform preliminary on-site visits to ensure accuracy of measurements.

6. Manage on-site developments to ensure smooth project outcome and completion.

Requirements:

Key skills you should demonstrate:

6. Minimum 3 years of experience

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Interact confidently and build credible relationships with leadership with internal sales team and external stakeholders.
2. Represent sales function of the company within sphere of responsibility.
3. Demonstrate understanding of interior design to achieve business needs.
4. Help identify and drive sales performance improvements by collaborating with designers with different roles and specializations.
5. Create and execute low to medium complexity workplans.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of the Sales life cycle 
2. Stakeholder management
3. Program/Action development
4. Sales excellence programs
5. Change management
6. Sales process and procedure

7. Minimum 5 years of experience
